We don’t get paid unless you do
If you are not receiving rental income due to a vacancy or eviction, you do not pay a management fee. Our contracts are structured so that we make money only AFTER you do.
Eviction protection
We are committed to finding high-quality tenants who are thoroughly screened and vetted through our rigorous background and credit check process. We are so confident in our screening process that we will pay up to $1000 in attorney fees for an eviction due to non-payment of rent for a property we actively manage by any fully approved tenant that we placed.
Maintenance response
Our team is committed to addressing maintenance issues promptly. We guarantee that all urgent maintenance issues will be responded to within 24 hours and non-urgent issues within 48 hours – ensuring your property remains in excellent condition and your tenants are satisfied.
Transparent Communication
We guarantee open and transparent communication. You will receive regular updates and detailed reports on your property’s status, including financials, maintenance, and tenant issues. If you ever feel out of the loop, let us know and the Broker will reach out personally within 24 hours.
Market Rent Analysis
We guarantee that we will conduct a comprehensive market analysis to ensure your property is priced competitively and attractively when it comes time to begin or renew a lease. If your property is not rented within the expected time frame, we will re-evaluate the pricing strategy and make necessary adjustments at no extra charge.
